Welcome to the Middle School

Welcome to New London- Spicer Middle School! Our main goal is providing your child with a world-class education. In order to do this, we provide a safe, supportive, positive, and challenging environment. The middle school years are a time of learning and growing in one’s self. Students are exploring their interests, abilities, and strengths. Collaboration and encouragement between family, school and the community is essential to your student’s development. As a staff, we are committed to all students being valued and having success. We look forward to working together to inspire every student every day.

7th- 12th Grade Activities & Athletics (opens in new window/tab)

7th & 8th Grade Sports -- Please register at least one week prior to the start of season to receive communication on practices.

All incoming 7th graders will need a sports physical and most 10th graders - physicals are good for 3 years.Please make sure you have your sports physical completed prior to the start date of practice. Students will not be allowed to practice without a current physical on file at the Community Ed/Activities Office.

Wolf Ridge & Grade 5 Information

Every fall, the fifth grade takes a trip to the Wolf Ridge Environmental Learning Center located in Finland, MN (north of Duluth).
